Publish All Customizatoins button

Hi all,

'Publish all customizaitons' button is visible when in the solution explorer of the powerapp e.g. https://make.powerapps.com/environments/Default-7xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx15647d/solutions/ .

A button with same label is visible when I click on a solution. e.g. https://make.powerapps.com/environments/Default-7xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx15647d/solutions/b2e1008a-0000-zzz-xxxx-000uyeidjc


Does clicking on the button in solution explorer publish all customization from all solutions?
