Power Automate approval Error

Hi,
I am currently having an issue with power automate approval flows. When my flow is sent email using "start and wait for approval. Once the approval button is selected, I am getting an error message that says "something is wrong, the approval has been reassigned. I did not reassign the approval request.
 
Any idea how to resolve.

    in the approval step settings you have the chance of setting that the approval can be resubmitted/ressigned or not. can u check if that is set to yes? if yes turn it off and see if that worked.
