I have created an app that allows managers to approve their employees' applications on Power Apps. Basically, only if the manager's email = user().email, then the manager would see the 'Approve' button and click on it in the Power Apps. This app has been working fine for corporate outlook emails ending with '.com', '.com.sg', '.com.my' etc. However, there's this manager whose corporate outlook email ends with '.co.id'. He was able to view his employees' applications, but the 'Approve' button was not visible to him although his email = user().email is valid, hence he is unable to approve the applications.
I'm not sure how I could resolve this problem, has anyone encountered such an issue or have a possible solution that I could give it a try? Thank you!
