As you can see here, I'm struggling to get this text/value from PDF in my AI model it keeps adding ")" and numbers even it's not on the table. Any suggestion of how to fix or improve my model? Thanks.

@Chr1sUWU Unfortunately this is not something that can be fixed easily. Maybe try to convert your PDF to an image and try again? (im just thinking out loud)

What does sors the surrounding text look like (covered by AI Builder training block). In your screenshot, it looks like its picking up “10 C” instead if just the “0”? Is there a 1 and/or a “C” somewhere around that “0”? If so, I create tags called “Unwanted1” (2,3,4) and tag the unwanted fields it is picking up around the good one. That usually fixes that issue but that doesn’t look like your issue.

I have a similar problem in a collection with 13 documents. I need the AI Builder to extract the "A" (or potentially a "P") from the columns below but it usually interprets it as a "/". I've also had the data come through as a "€" or a "3" which is completely incorrect. Adding additional documents doesn't seem to be helping. Any insight on how to improve that field or somehow flag it as incorrect?

I thought it might be the size of the font but the Chlorine Residual column also pictured below gets interpreted perfectly every time.

Apologies for piggybacking on this thread but seems to be a similar issue. Let me know if I should start a new thread.

Chr1sUWU / LyCla If the docs don’t contain any sensitive information, please attach some of them to help reproduce the issue.

Also, have you tried mapping the records to the Tables collection? If so, did you encounter the same issue?

LyCla FYI - I’ve tried tagging values to columns in the table, and I did not encounter any issues:

I suspect the issue may be related to how you are tagging the values to the columns on your end.
