I have an automated flows that will start approval process once few conditions are met. One of the condition is: the approval process will only start if the project request is exist in the sharepoint list (consist of already-pre-approved project list). The flow work successfully on the existing list of approved project, however it gives me error when a Newly approved project is being created/added in the sharepoint list. It seems like any new project added into this sharepoint list will have this error, while the existing projects will be able to start the approval process. Please help!
