Getting time conflict while creating event in the shared mailbox calendar

Hi,

Based on forum discussions I added the shared mailbox calendar to my calendar and while using Create event(V4) I am getting the Shared mailbox calendar name in the dropdown and everything works fine. But the problem is even though it has options to choose the time zone for the create event(V4) in the calendar it's showing coordinate universal time by default(Start time and end time of the event) hence I am getting time conflicts either in front or inside of the event. But while creating calendar event it works fine.

can anyone help with this issue.

    Hi @Sheela1 ,

The cause of this problem is:
The time zone of outlook and [Create event] is different, resulting in time deviation

    First way:
Please make sure that the time zone of the calendar is the same as the time zone of 【Create event】

    The second way:
Use addHours() to make up for the time difference.

    Best Regards

    Hi v-chengfen-msft

I am currently in UTC-5 time zone. I tried using addHours() option in my flow. But the issue is when I click the event it's showing the correct time inside and also I am getting the coordinate universal time box next to the start and end time by default and so my outlook calendar considering that as a UTC time zone(but it's not UTC time since I have adjusted it based on addHours() option and it automatically detecting -5 hours and I am getting the wrong time in the front of the event.

Is any way to get rid of the UTC time zone box?

My actual time is 3-4pm  but it's displaying 10 am (wrong time) in the front of the calendar event.

We have options to choose time zone while creating calendar event but we don't have for group calendar event and that's y I am trying for Shared mailbox calendar.
