Flow that converts HTML to PDF causing PDF to be corrupt when emailed.

I have a Flow that is converting HTML to PDF.  I have the flow saving the PDF to SharePoint and also emailing it out to the user. 

The PDF in SharePoint opens perfectly, the PDF that is sent in the email can't be opened, I gives me this error:

Comparing the 2 files (email copy and SharePoint copy) the file sizes are different too.

 

These are the convert actions I'm using for the email copy:

    @Jambou ,

    Move the Create file in SharePoint action above the email.

    Add a Get File content action after the Create file to extract the File content.

    Provide the File content in Attachments content section.

    I was able to get this to work by simply re-creating the "Send and Email from shared mailbox" action.  I configured it exactly the same and it worked.  Not a very good solution but it seems to have fixed the issue.
