Hello, I need help. I am using Power Apps and a form that is connected to a SharePoint list for storing personal data.
I have List1 where the Title field is for First Name and Last Name, then Years of experience, and a Yes/No field for the Published status.

In List2, the Title field is again for First Name and Last Name, and there is a Choice field named Skills for various skills (multi-choice).

I need to display in the gallery only the Titles(FistrNameLastName)  where the skills selected in the dropdown match (all or some) the values entered in the Choice field named Skills in List2.

I have the same question (0)

    Note that the Value in blue may be a different name depending on the Items of your Combo Box. Also the structure is to manage potential Delegation issues
    Ungroup(
       ForAll(
          ComboBoxName.SelectedItems As _Data,
          Filter(
             List2,
             Skills.Value = Data.Value
          )
       ),
       Value
    )
    If you are not concerned with Delegation limitations
    Filter(
       List2,
       Skills.Value in ComboBox.SelectedItems.Value
    )
