Invalid time/date for create new event

Hi there, I am using a form for internal staff to use to sign up to an event. There is a choice of three dates and after submitting the form, they will receive an email confirmation with the workshop they've signed up to, and an event will be created for the time/date of the workshop. The Teams link is pre-created and will be within the event they're sent.

However the condition is failing because of the time/date formatting. I have tried several different things but it doesn't seem to be working. Please see the screenshots for the flow and the last one is the error.

Any help with next steps to fix this would be appreciated 🙂

    Hi CB23.

You should try using the FormatDateTime function in an expression

    Hi @cb23

Pls remove last character (Z) from the Start time and End time parameter as shown below:

    ManishSolanki_0-1690972975406.png

The format should be yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss like 2023-08-01T16:30:00

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

Hi @ManishSolanki that solved the issue with the date formatting! I'm so pleased that was such a simple edit.

However... I now have an issue with the calendar because I realised that the event will be created in my calendar for everyone who signs up.

Instead, I'd like to invite anyone who signs up via the form to the existing event in the calendar. What's the best way to send invite to everyone for the same event, rather than creating new individual ones?

    Thank you for your help!
