If your requirement is just to capture the record number, where the action failed. Then you can add a new variable and append the record id to the variable on failure of "List_Contacts_with_Matching_Names" Action. (This can be configured using the Run after settings, once you click on the ellipses of append action)
Configure run after settings for the append action and it's next action:
This way, the variable will keep collecting the failed records data and view them after flow run.
