How can I use a single cloud flow to trigger the "When a new response is submitted" event for multiple forms?

Hi all,

 

I'm currently working on a project where I need to automate the process of notifying managers when a new response is submitted to any of four different forms.

 

To achieve this, I'm planning to use a cloud flow. The cloud flow will be triggered whenever a new response is submitted to any of the forms, and it will then send an email to the corresponding manager containing the details of the form submission.

 

 

Could you please guide me through setting up the triggers for each form within the Single cloud flow?

    Hi @vinaykumargosal ,

     

    Do you mean that monitor four Forms at a time?

    I am afraid that can't be done. Power Automate just support one first trigger currently, it means that the first action can't be parallel.

    I recommend you create four flows for each Form instead of one flow for four Forms.

    Hi Vinay,

     

    The best way is to create one form and then repeat it for all other forms. Otherwise, you can create a common Excel sheet that updates the submission of each form and use that sheet to trigger cloud flow.
