The two screenshots look the same....
Usually the issue you describe is caused by:
1. Not publishing the latest changes -> go to Power Apps studio and press Publish
2. An older version of the app is still in the browser cache -> clear the browser cache and try again

The screenshot helps to confirm this is a different user. Did you make sure the data source for the app is shared with that user?
