Thanks for checking in on me. I am still here and all is well with me.
I know I have been away from the forum for way too long. I took a short vacation about a month ago and then, just when I got back, we were hit by the big cyberattack on July 2. So, needless to say, since we utilize that vendor for our systems, I’ve been pretty busy getting this remediated. There was no compromise or hit to any of our systems or customers. Our biggest hit is that our systems had to be taken offline and they are still offline pending actions to secure them from the vendor. So, I've been pretty swamped doing intrusion scans and on the road a lot going to customers directly as we're kind of "bind" without our systems online.
I DO expect to get my time back from this shortly - hopefully after this week. For all the folks that I left hanging, I still have all of the posts that I need to reply to on my tracking system and will get back to everyone as time permits.
