Hi,

I'm using the get manager connector to get a manager using email. But it failed and the manager in azure was already configured.

Is there a way to be detailed the error?

Hope you can help

Many thanks

    Hi , @sysuitsupport

This error code means your user id can not find in your tenant:

You may need to use the User Object Id and the UPN of the user which you can find in the Azure AD:

    Hello,

Thank you for your response. I had an idea for this error, I think this is the issue in the get response details flow the only choices is List response notification not the Responder ID.

But I have no idea how to choose Responder ID if it's not visible on the choices? Any idea?

    Hi , @sysuitsupport

This is due to you close the "split on " in the setting of your trigger.

    vyueyunmsft_0-1705655375271.png

And what you put in your get Manager V2 action:

And in your screenshot, you pass the User as "2"  , so you need to check this . You can also put a static user UPN here to test if this action can work successfully.

    Best Regards,
