Hi,
I need this flow to be triggered only when a property of the document is modified. But instead the flow is triggering if someone modified the document by adding comments.
Can someone help me resolve this issue.

From the SharePoint connector document, we can know that it triggers when an item is created, or modified in a library. Returns only the properties stored in the library columns. Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/#triggers
It means to return properties only, not triggers when only modify properties.
BTW, currently what you want is not available in SharePoint connector API. You'd better submit an idea to Power Automate Idea Forum, or develop custom connector API.
