Creating a flow based on custom Sharepoint properties

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to use Power Automate to automate a content sharing process with sharepoint. Here is my goal:

 

When a certain custom property is changed to "Yes", I want to copy and paste that image to another folder. 

 

Currently I have an email notification set up every time this property is changed on an image,  and then I manually copy and paste that image to the new folder. 

 

I've tried setting up this flow a few different ways, but Automate is so confusing I can't figure out how to get it to run, let alone fix it if it's not working. Any help would be great, thank you.

    The flow itself needs to be very simple. You just need to add a trigger condition so that it only runs for items where the custom property is set to "Yes".
