I have a PowerApp containing New/Edit form connected to SharePoint Online list. Now if i add new field in the list, then that form throws error and i have to recreate the form every time i create/update SharePoint List column. Is it the intended behaviour or am i missing something here ?

I just tried to add new fields to SharePoint list after App creation, there is no error messages popped out.
Would you please share more details about the error message you encountered? And how you work with the New/Edit form control?
By default, newly added field won't be listed as available fields in App created, you need to re-configure the Form control to make the newly added field visible.
