When are we going to have support to save an image to an on premise database? Or if you are not going to allow us to do it, can you please share that information.

What about retrieving images from an on premise database? That is not supported either correct?

Saving images to SharePoint list (Online and On-premise ) has already been submitted as an idea, which is under Review, see:

Adding some more reference:

Viewing Picture from SharePoint list is available.

Besides, if you would like to add other data source to support image saving under PowerApps, then please also submit that as an idea in the following website:

I am not interested in a share point list. I am interested in saving the images to an on premise sql server database.

Hi @jmontoya,

Supporting upload image into SQL Server database is under the roadmap:

Saving pen images to Azure SQL DB

But currently there is no further information I could offer.

Besides, store imageURL would work for SQL Server Verchar type.
