error occurred on the server, Request to backend service timed out

I'm getting unusual errors within my app. It says an error occurred on the server, Request to backend service timed out. Anyone knows how to fix this? KnimeSave_Table and ButtonClick_LogTables are both in SQL. Note that the app was working fine yesterday. The only difference that happened today is extending my trial version, which I was already able to do so at 1PM. After that, the app was working fine until now. Note that the SQL server is up as I am able to query information from the database using other means (ie. SSMS, Knime), so it seems my app's connection to SQL is the only one that's affected.

Any advise?

Yes. I had to create a copy of the version that encounters the error and then, I deleted all SQL databases then added them back in one by one. I saved the changes and republished the app and it worked better after that for the users.

I changed the direct sql connection to getting data from SQL using cloud flows. But getting same error on get rows action.
If I remove pagination, this error does not occur. But I need more than 2k records, so I am in a deadlock.
