ReportI have 2 flows that request approvals when an item is created and when they are modified. The SharePoint is meant for reviewing documents being sent to clients. When an item is rejected I would like for the comments on the rejection to be connected to the notes or comments on the SharePoint item without having to write it again manually. Is there a way to connect it to add comments from the approval card to the item?
