Hello,

I'm having a strange error with a flow and don't know what it wants. I've even gone through exchange and set send as and send on behalf of permissions, but it's still giving me this error. The flow is simply supposed to send an email to 4 users when a new case has been created, but the users never receive the emails. Here is the flow:

It seems to have fixed itself, probably had to wait for the changes in Exchange to take root.

Same issue - I'm curious how long it took to propagate changes. Docs say 60 minutes but several hours have passed and I get the same error.

Did the changes end up taking effect for you? I'm waiting on mine and was wondering if I should look for another solution.

They did - in my case my Exchange admin had not configured the send on behalf of rule correctly. Once that was fixed, it took maybe 15 minutes to start working.
