An Excel error occurs when PAD flow is called through UI flow from Power AutoMate.

The Excel action works properly when the flow is performed in PAD.

However, if PAD flow is executed through PAD UI flow in Power AutoMate (Web), an error occurs in Excel action.
Why is this happening?

 

OUTPUT 

Error - code: "28e1b2b0-f38b-413f-8731-dccb71813be6"

Error - message: "Failed to open Excel document '(Excel launching error)'"

 

Plesase help me.

    Hi @Jason7726 

     

    Does the PAD flow work as expected, when it runs from the PAD Designer or the PAD Console?

     

    Additionally, is Excel installed locally or on a shared drive?

     

    Some screenshots of the error would also help.

    Thank you for your reply.
    It works well if run it as a PAD or PAD designer.

     

    However, as shown in the picture, the action that opens the excel file fails when Power AutoMate invokes FLOW.
