I started creating my flow based on the information in this post. Now, I'm trying to figure out a way to send only the row updated in the Excel file in the email notification. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    Hi @AquaExtensions ,

Does the Condition in your flow could check if the excel row is updated?

If yes, you could change your Condition to a Filter Array and the flow should as screenshot below:

@v-alzhan-msft Thank you for your input. I just need to add those two new actions inside the IF YES section of Condition 2?

@v-alzhan-msft I've made the changes. Should the flow look like the following?

CONDITION: IF YESCONDITION: IF YESCONTINUES FLOW AFTER IF YESCONTINUES FLOW AFTER IF YES

@v-alzhan-msft I made a change to the column I selected in the Filter Array action, but it still sent me all of the rows that have the Out of Stock or Low Inventory.

    Hi @AquaExtensions ,

Please delete the actions under the condition.

And you could add a "Send an email" action under the "Create HTML table2" inside the Condition.

@v-alzhan-msft Thank you. The one thing I don't understand is how the Filter Array action can have 'updated' in it? How does that actually know that the row was updated? Here's the latest version. Should this work?

Re: Updated Excel File in Sharepoint - Email Only The Updated Row

@v-alzhan-msft I just tested the flow, and the email it sent was blank. Does the row in question need to have the word updated in it? If so, that's not what I'm trying to achieve. (If that's the only way for this to work, then I would need to add another column for my team to add the term that triggers the email.)
