Import Forms Result to Sharepoint - Checking Duplicate in Sharepoint

Hi, is there a way to check for duplicate phone numbers and delete that respond in Sharepoint List? The phone numbers is input from Microsoft Forms. My flow is setting as below but it doesn't work.
