Reviewing the documentation for administrators specifically in relation to Encryption of data - there seems to be two approaches.
1. Customer managed encryption or BYOK in M365 speak, is documented here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/manage-encryption-key and seems fairly clear when it comes to pre-requisites.
2. However in another part of the documentation there is this article that talks about ability to change Encryption key https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/data-encryption
How are these two settings different in their scope and in terms of what they encrypt?
