I'm looking to make a text field visible (should be hidden) when a certain choice is made.
I want Vehicle License to remain hidden until the statement type choice is made for Fleet/Vehicle Card Statement.

Set the Visible property of the Datacard for your text field to:
DataCardValueX.Selected.Value = "Fleet/Vehicle Card Statement"
Replace the DataCardValueX with the name of your dropdown.
