Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue with Power Automate + Microsoft Teams.
The action “Post adaptive card and wait for a response” suddenly stopped working in any Teams channel across our tenant.
The regular “Post adaptive card” (without waiting for a response) works perfectly.
Peek Code (working action):
The “Post adaptive card and wait for a response” action fails with:
Peek Code (failing action):
Both actions use the same Team and Channel IDs.
I have tried:
multiple Teams channels (all standard, not private or shared)
multiple Teams accounts
reinstalling the Workflows app in the Team
deleting & recreating the Teams connection
creating a brand-new flow with a minimal Adaptive Card
refreshing the Team/Channel selection (no manual copy-paste)
trying newly created Teams and channels
testing with a 1-button minimal card
Same result everywhere:
➡️ 400 – Group ID does not exist for the Wait action.
“Post adaptive card and wait for a response” works perfectly when sent as a direct chat.
This suggests a regression or a permission issue only in channel context.
Is this a known issue or regression affecting the Teams connector?
Has anyone experienced the same issue and found a solution?
Do you have any fixes or workarounds to suggest
Thanks in advance
Best regards,
Antoine G.
