I'm trying to create a PVA for users to obtain information which will be held in a List. I'm trying to insert a power automate flow into the PVA which extracts the required information from the List to feedback to the user but I'm struggling. I've been trying to use the Get Item / Get Items connectors but I'm not sure that I understand what is required.

Rather than displaying the entire list contents to the user, I need to be able to filter it down to just a few fields and only those which are relevant to the user (the List contains information about leave for all members of a team and what I want the PVA to do is provide information to individual users as to the dates they have booked, how much leave they have taken, how much leave they have left etc. upon request).

Is anybody able to assist please, and if possible, post screenshots of a resolution that I could copy?
