My Currency Format display wrong in my non Admin user?

Hi guys;

I have an Sharepoint list Form using PowerApp. I setting the Field by:

Default: Text('FieldName', "$#.##0.0")

I am an admin, and my form is normal, the currency is right with the $ symbol is displayed.

But when my non-admin user uses this form, the currency field display in the natural currency of my country (Vietnam). It replaces the "$" symbol to the "đ" symbol.

    Please check the region setting of the user's Office 365 account and his device and web browser's location settings.
