Need a flow to keep running to record invites to event

I have a flow that kicks off when an item is added to a sharepoint list. it's pretty basic.

sends out an email to everyone with event information.  people can sign up for event through a MS Form link that is included on the initial email.

another flow kicks off when responses are received from that form.  responses are recorded to a seconded sharepoint list where they wait to be approved.

a third flow kicks off when their invites are markded approved on the second list.

my problem is, i can't pass on the event information to the second and third flows without making one big flow, and when i make one big flow i can't get it to run recursively when form responses are received.

i've dabbled with Do Until and that feels promising but i still can't get it right.

please help!

    Hi @jwallace_GRHF,

You can set a variable like the screenshots I shown. For example, I set its initial value to 2, and then setting a decrement in Do-until, so that when two forms are submitted, Do-until will end.Annotation 2019-06-28 133244.png
