HTML Tag apparent when loading text data from sharepoint.

Hello world,

I'm building an app wich allows the user to enter a text that will be stored in a shrepoint list (autogrenerated datacard in a form).

The user can load back the data in the app  via a selection in a gallery. Around the text the HTML tag that remains. Do you have an idea on what could cause the problem ?

    Hi @Anonymous 

    The reason for this is because the SharePoint field is setup with the rich text data type.

    If in your gallery you use an HTML Text control rather than a Text Input control, the markup will not show.
