Hi, I need assistance in creating a flow that when a PDF document gets saved to OneDrive, it then needs to get emailed to an email address. My trigger is: when a file is created in the following folder /test With the following condition: File content type is equal to .PDF If yes: Send an email to .... If no: Terminate I just started looking into flow today so please excuse my limited understanding at this moment. Thanks

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
I think there is something wrong with your Condition box, I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue. Please take a try with the following workaround:
Within Condition box, left input box set to Name dynamic content of the trigger, right input box set to .pdf. Within middle drop down, choose ends with.
Or you could also click "Edit in advanced mode", type the following formula:
@endswith(triggerBody()?['Name'], '.pdf')
Note: On my side, I add the "When a file is created (properties only)" trigger of OneDrive connector as the trigger of my flow.
The flow works successfully as below:
