Between Date error from Report to Dashboard

I have a 'between date' field on my report, but when this is pinned to a dashboard the function isn't  displaying correctly. I have tried deleting tiles and pinning the back as well as a new dashboard but the same error occurs. Any ideas on how to resolve?
