Hello,

I am trying to write a simple 'expiration date' check flow

The idea is to check a Sharepoint List which lists the expiration dates of items

I am able to get the data but the condition doesnt appear to be respected properly -- ie: I extended out the expiration date and it still is being actioned on

formatDateTime(item()?['Expiration_x0020_Date'], '') is less or equal to addDays(utcNow(), 30)

The input of that condition is

"Date_x0020_of_x0020_Certificatio": "2024-12-06", "Expiration_x0020_Date": "2025-01-30",

What am I doing wrong here?

   "Date_x0020_of_x0020_Certificatio": "2024-12-06",
        "Epiration_x0020_Date": "2025-01-30"What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

Can you share you flow with the condition action? Looking at the expressions you provided I think the expression for 'Expiration_x0020_Date' and addDays() should be:

formatDateTime(item()?['Expiration_x0020_Date'], 'yyyy-MM-dd') addDays(utcNow(), 30, 'yyyy-MM-dd')

Seems to be the solution. Looks like I was on the right track, but didnt have the date formats in the condition.

The action on the condition is literally, if True, send Email. If False, do Nothing.
