Can't Create Folder

Hi all.
 
Looking for some advice. I tried to create dynamic folders based in user input but failed. The highlighted name is the folder that I want to create. 
 
Cannot create folder "sites/PenyelarasKualitiFEM2023-2024/Shared Documents/Pentaksiran Soalan A241/Soalan FE A241/Undergraduate/MAB3033    PERAKAUNAN KEWANGAN DAN PELAPORAN V".

    Could you share screenshot of create folder action - i think some issue with passing the input parameters
