When initiating a new project, we need to make an estimate of the costs.
And one of the main costs is license for PAD.
We use usually two kinds of PAD licenses: 1st is attended and 2nd is unattended.
It seems like PA (Power Automate) license has an API request usage limit.

How do I measure how many robots I will need for:
- a certain projects with
- certain machines with
- certain size of
- certain number of PAD flows?
My point is to optimize(minimize) the licensing cost.
