Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi guys,

I am trying to find a way to automate to send multiple files for approval. The screenshots below would better explain how I am trying to accomplish this. As you can see from the screenshots, the files in a sharpoint list or folder, if you select one folder and right click, you get a few options.

One of those options is "automate". However, if you select two or more files, the option to trigger an automate goes away.

All I was trying to do was when files are in a folder or doc, I right click, select "automate" and then someone else would be prompted to do a approval.

Not sure if this is a limitation for power automate or not. But if this is, do you guys have a better work around?
