Hi, 

 

I was wondering if it was possible to make Outlook accept event invitations automatically ONLY when my calendar is available. 

 

How do I make a flow like this?

    You don't need a Power Automate flow to do this. Just open Outlook and choose File > Options > Calendar > Automatic accept or decline:

    Hi David, 

     

    Thank you for answering, but this function will accept everything when I am available. And decline when I am not available. 

     

    I don't want it to decline any events, as I want to review it first, and then decide myself. 

     

    The functionality in outlook, will accept every meeting regardless if I am free or not. When I don't cross the section for automatic decline option.

    The function in Outlook can be set to only accept if you are free. Just don't choose the options to decline meetings.
