The two environments that are over capacity are Sandboxes, is it not supposed to happen ?
I was planning on deleting those if I can't find a solution, does someone know a way out of this ?
Developer environments don't count against your tenant capacity, but Sandbox environments do.
Hello @atnprd,
Your organization has a certain amount of Dataverse storage. If you buy premium licenses for the Power Platform, e.g. Power Apps per User licenses, the available amount of Dataverse storage increases. You can find more information here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-storage
If you run out of allocated Dataverse storage, you have two options:
You can find more information on this here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/add-storage
If you have run out of storage, some functionality in the Power Platform is limited: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-storage#changes-for-exceeding-storage-capacity-entitlements
There is a third option in this case. Sandbox environments, which are normally used for development and testing, count against your capacity. But Developer environments, which can also be used for development, do not count against your capacity. So as long as you are using them for development its a good idea to create developer environments instead of sandbox environments.
Yes @Pstork1, that's a great point.
How to create a Developer environments
You can create Developer environments in the Power Platform admin center or by registering with your Office 365 email at Power Apps Developer Plan | Microsoft Power Apps
