Licensing + Premium Connectors

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the licensing of PowerApps and premium connectors.
I propose the following hypothetical scenario:
I have a Per app license and I develop an application to save data in a SQL server database. I share this application with a user who has an office 365 E1 license. Can the user use the application correctly or do they also need to have the same license that I have?

    The user would also need a per App license since SQL is a premium connector and they only have an Office Power Apps license.  If they had a Per User license then they would be covered.
