I am using a sample app from Microsoft. It's named 'Book a room'. Inside there we got a collection 'Times'. These are in American format. Can someone please tell me how do I edit this collection? I want to change the 'Text'-column values to 24-hr format. Attaching preview of the collection.
Everything in the internet tells me how to edit these from user-side using Update() etc.. But not from development-side.

I think that the collection is hardcoded in OnStart property of the app. So, the easiest way to change it is to update the based on your needs. What do you mean with user side and development side ? Aren’t the same ?

With user-side I mean this: Create and update a collection in a canvas app
With development-side I mean the power apps studio, sorry for my wrong use of words.
How do you mean update based on my needs? Can you please explain this?
To those who are looking for answer for the same question:What I did was to simply go in the OnStart-property of the application (from formula-bar). Edited the collection data from there. Collection will then be updated on next run.
