I have a parent and child table connected to PowerApps. For the child table, it has an numeric ID connecting it to the parent table and has an ID for each of it's child records that is a timestamp. How would I update that table based on a form control and using a patch function with 2 ID's?

You don't mention the datasource but if it was SharePoint, I would recommend the parentID as a numeric field in the Child record. The parent record can be accessed by selecting it from a gallery, datatable, dropdown or combobox. The form should have the Update property of the card for the parentID as something like Gallery1.Selected.ID and the card should be disabled or hidden to prevent the user from changing it. Just use SubmitForm(form1) to submit it.
