Our company is in the process of migrating our SharePoint 2010/13 workflows to Flows before the deadline and I'm wondering what the best practices are in regards to Flow management. Is it common for a master flow account to be established or should flow developers just create flows and share other developers in? It seems the concept has reversed where it used to be workflow was assigned to a list/library rather than a user then to a list/library.
One workflow we had a ton of across many forms were permission removing (basic user from basic user group submits form-> revoke read for basic user group on item for privacy). These are now being recreated as Flows using POST/GET calls, and we're under the assumption that all users will be able to trigger these flows and they run under the creators account, is this correct? The licensing plans are extremely confusing, we're hoping to just get the functionality SP2010 already gave us without rebuilds/more capital expended for new licenses.
