Hello,

I am trying to automate responses from different facilities in my company, however, we need a way to automate the sorting of responses to each of their folders on SharePoint depending on which facility it is.

Currently, I have Test 1, Test 2, and Test 3. Whenever someone answers that the facility name is "Test 1" I want the response to add to a table in the Test 1 folder and the same conditions for Test 2 and Test 3. So basically, when someone answers what their facility name is on forms, I want to be able to add a condition to add to an existing table for that facility based on their response.

I have attached a screenshot and I would love some pointers on how to make this flow work.
