Hi all, we h e an interesting situation, the Cert’s in a clients adfs controlling the relying party trusts were recently renewed and now our QA and prod portals are refusing to accept the tokens. Dev oddly enough is fine. I’m a bit a lost at what I can check and do from the portal end. I unfortunately don’t have access to federation side of the equation. Any ideas ?
I am not sure but this could be related to your Portal authentication key
take a look at this to renew it

If the error persist, you can raise a support ticket with Microsoft
