Has any successfully built an Employee Directory where you have more than 10,000 employees in your Office365Users connector?

I'm trying to get it to filter by CompanyName and display all users with that CompanyName but have had no success because of the limits in Filtering of the data in the gallery.

I'd like users to be able to search directly in a text box by name or have that field blank and select from the drop down of CompanyName's and display all users with that CompanyName.

I've read up on collections, but I haven't been able to successfully implement that anywhere. I can populate just a standard search and find anyone who has an active account in all 10,000+ users but using a filter to just narrow down all users at one CompanyName fails repeatedly! It's very frustrating....there has to be a solution out there someone's implemented.

I don't recommend that you put 100k records into a collection at once for two reasons:

The current standard connector cannot obtain so many records at one time. The current feasible method is to call the Graph API to obtain all the records.
