Move all rows of a table to another table in Excel Online

Hello everybody,

We have an excel online file, which has the daily attendance record of the user. Everyday manually we move the table record to a master table. So, we would have a fresh table for every day and store the archive record into the master table of the same excel file. Would appreciate if someone explains the easy way to do it. Since I'm new in Microsoft flow so, I'm bit confused here at the moment. Thank you

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You could use List rows present in a table action to get all the records in the specified table.

Then use Add a row into a table action to insert these records into the specified table.

Finally, use Delete a row action to delete all the records in the fresh table.

It is recommended that the table has a non-empty column with a unique value as a key column to delete all records.

    Please take a try.

    Best Regards,
