Hello,

I've been learning about the Power Platform lately and had a couple questions I am hoping someone could help me with, specifically with regards with Dynamics 365. I'd really appreciate any help, thanks.

Approvals - I've seen that approvals can be set up on records like Sales Orders and Customers - does Power Automate actually block or lock records in D365 (Business Central) so that they cannot be interacted with before being approved? Based on my limited testing it doesn't seem like it does. I know one can have the system send out e-mails regarding approvals.
Licensing - I know all D365 licenses come with a Power Automate license - is an upgrade needed to use Premium connectors? How many flows does the default license allow people to create?

@Anonymous the answers are simple's
First you are able to acces to anything that the conectors can allow you, so yes you can send emails for approvals,
And you are right with the licence, by default Office 365 give us a free licence of Power Automate, but now if you want premium conector just have 2 plans.

I know you can send e-mails for approval, but will Business Central lock the record until it is approved?
