Changing multiple SharePoint list columns required property

I'm working on a PowerApps app connected to multiple lists. One of these lists has 120 columns whose fields have been configured as required. Without having to manually change each of them, I would like to change this setting so that they are no longer required. If I understand correctly, you can use PowerAutomate for this, but I have no experience with this tool. I would be very grateful if you could suggest a solution.

    Hi @bdawidowski,

    You can use API call to achieve this:

    This call, set "Department" column as no longer required in list "Test".

    Now you've just to add the logic to do that for each concerned column of your list.

    @SamLed  thank you for your answer! I've managed to find similar solutions before, but from what I understand, this type of API only changes one column. Is it possible to create an API that will interact with 120 different columns? For convenience, their names are similar. Each consists of an abbreviation and a number. For example "XYZ_1", "XYZ_2", ... "XYZ_120".

    Hi @bdawidowski,

    I don't know any, but here how I would have done:

    SamLed_2-1707082849225.png

    First HTTP gets all columns set as required except "Title" one:

    /_api/web/lists/getByTitle('Test')/fields?$filter=Required eq true and InternalName ne 'Title'

    Use "Select" to extract InternalName only from outputs:

    From:    body('Get_required_fields')['d']['results']

    Map:     item()['InternalName']

    Note: switch map to text mode

    finally loop over each InternalName and give "Current Item" from Apply to each dynamic contents in second API call Uri.
