How to get data from PDF and populate sharepoint list items

Hello,

I am not sure if there is a way (aside from plumsail as we do not want to pay for licenses) where when a pdf is uploaded in a sharepoint document folder, the details inside the pdf can be extracted and created in a sharepoint list.

Appreciate any help in this.
